There are a number of resources available to provide information and support for a range of mental health issues.
Emergency Support
If you are in immediate danger, call 999 or go to your nearest Accident and Emergency department.
You can also:

- Call C.A.L.L. on 0800 132 737 (Wales)
If you are not in immediate danger, but still need urgent advice or support call 111 or speak to your GP.
