There are a number of resources available to provide information and support for a range of mental health issues.
Emergency Support
If you are in immediate danger, call 999 or go to your nearest Accident and Emergency department.
You can also:

- Text SHOUT to 85258 (UK-wide)
- Call The C.A.L.L. Helpline on 0800 132 737 (Wales)
If you are not in immediate danger, but still need urgent advice or support call 111 or speak to your GP.

There are many organisations that can provide information and support for mental health issues. Below is a list of some of the main organisations in the UK.

SAMH | Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH) provides information and support for people in Scotland. |
Action Mental Health | Action Mental Health is a leading charity transforming lives and promoting mental wellbeing, with support groups all across Northern Ireland. |
NHS | The National Health Service (NHS) provides a range of mental health services in mainland UK. Or Health and Social Care Northern Ireland (HSC) in NI. |
CALM | The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is a suicide provention charity that provides information and hosts a webchat service and a private online forum. |
MindOut | MindOut is an organisation that provides specialised services run by and for LGBTQ+ people. |
Scope | Scope provides a range of mental health information tailored for disabled people. |
Hub of Hope | Hub of Hope allows you to search for local, national, peer, community, charity, private and NHS mental health support. |
